We offer flexible scheduling, with evening and weekend appointments as well as  virtual and in-person appointments. We support what makes our clients feel most comfortable, whether that is involving loved ones in therapy, using sensory tools, not talking about specific topics -- we are invested in doing whatever we can do to make therapy work for you!

We understand that it can be difficult to remember to use new strategies and coping skills in the stressful moments between therapy sessions.


We offer optional between-session messaging and short phone calls at no additional fee to help you implement the skills you are learning in therapy and make progress faster. Between-session support helps to build accountability and keep you focused on your growth.
